Would you like to help our small team with its huge workload?

Volunteers really make the difference in helping us to reach as many people as we can with our awareness and support programs. And volunteering with Ovarian Cancer Australia has many rewards for you too! There are plenty of different ways to volunteer that can vary from just a few hours a month to as much time as you are able to give.

Be an Awareness Champion: Raise awareness in your local community by distributing our awareness brochures and posters.

Be a Community Ambassador: Raise awareness of ovarian cancer in your local community by giving education presentations at local schools, community centres or social clubs.

Help us in the office: Assist the Ovarian Cancer Australia team with general administration in the Melbourne office during business hours.

Help us from home: Assist us with the smooth running of Ovarian Cancer Australia from your own home. You may be able to help with data entry, writing letters, researching grants and other office activities.

Campaign support: Help our team during Ovarian Cancer Awareness month in February by answering phones, mailing campaign materials and helping organise events.

One off Event Helpers: Ovarian Cancer Australia will hold events from time to time that require a few extra hands to ensure the event is a success.

Hold a fundraising event: Raise funds for Ovarian Cancer Australia and have fun by hosting an event such as a film night, girls’ night in, or barbeque.
