By donating to Ovarian Cancer Australia, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Personal Information of Donors and Supporters
We use your personal information for the purposes of processing your donation, financial reporting, and contacting you about our activities and events if you have asked us to. If you have chosen to make a public donation, then we may disclose your name and the amount of the donation on our website for as long as the fundraising campaign continues (variable by campaign). If you do not wish to have your information displayed, you can opt to make an anonymous donation.

Cards we accept

We accept Visa and Mastercard via a secure payments system.

Payment Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Refunds and cancellations

Once a donation is made, it is final and cannot be refunded except where unauthorised use of a payment card can be proven. If you become aware of a fraudulent use of your card, or it becomes lost or stolen, you must notify your card issuer. Ovarian Cancer Australia cannot redirect/refund donations made to a community fundraising event unless unauthorised use of a payment card can be proven. 

All requests for refunds must be sent in writing to admin@ovariancancer.net.au or ‘To the Fundraising team, Queen Victoria Women’s Centre, Level 1, 210 Lonsdale St Melbourne 3000’ within 14 days of the donation being made.
